Orders: [The Respondent provided the following undertaking to the Tribunal and the Commissioner: 1. To close his trust account by 31 August 2020 and not seek to open another trust account after the date of the order. 2. To seek to vary his Australian practising certificate to include the condition that he not be authorised to receive trust money by 31 August 2020. 3. Not to seek to vary an Australian practising certificate to include the condition that he be authorised to receive trust money after the date of the order. 4. Not to apply for (nor apply to renew) an Australian practising certificate that authorises him to engage in legal practice at any time after 30 June 2021. 5. To pay the sum of $10559.64 into the Supreme Court for Madison Jade Gilligan and Amy Rose Llewellyn within 3 months of the date of the order] In light of the undertaking the Tribunal made the following orders: 1. In relation to charges 1 2 3 5 6 and 7 the Respondent is reprimanded. 2. The Respondent is to engage a supervisor to attend at the Respondents law practice at intervals of no less than quarterly from the date of the order until 30 June 2021 and provide quarterly written reports to the Commissioner. 3 In relation to charge 4 the Respondent is reprimanded and ordered to pay a fine to the Board in the sum of $1000.00. 4 The Respondent is to pay the Applicants costs of the proceeding.
