Unsatisfactory professional conduct under the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Vic)

Penalty

Order Pursuant to Section 299(1) of the Uniform Law the Victorian Legal Services Commissioner has decided that Mr Josephides has engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct and orders that he be required to complete two additional Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units. One of these units must be related to ethics and the other must be in relation to appropriate billing practices and are to be approved by this office. These units are in addition to the 10 CPD units required to be completed for the 2022/2023 CPD cycle and must be completed within six months of the date of this order.
