Pursuant to Section 299(1) of the Uniform Law the Victorian Legal Services Commissioner has decided that Ms Souki has engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct and makes the following orders i. Pursuant to section 299(1)(b) of the Uniform Law Ms Souki is reprimanded; and ii. Pursuant to section 299(1)(e) of the Uniform Law Ms Souki must within six months of the date of this order undertake three CPD units in addition to the standard requirements in the area of ethics and professional responsibility.
